How Ccount Bookkeeping Services LLC handles account, service and bookkeeping information.

Ccount collects information provided when an account is created or used, including company name, email, phone number, business address, company profile information, authorized user information, locations, customers, vendors, products/services, invoices, bills, purchase orders, sales, purchases, income, expenses, reconciliation information and other bookkeeping records entered by authorized users.
We use account and service information to provide, secure, maintain and support the Ccount service; authenticate users; deliver password-reset messages; administer free-trial and subscription status; provide customer support; generate requested bookkeeping records and exports; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.
Ccount does not require payment-card credentials for bookkeeping transaction entries. Payment-mode selections inside bookkeeping records are classifications only. After the one-month free trial, Ccount subscriptions are $29/month and are paid manually by ACH/bank transfer. Ccount does not create auto-debit or automatic recurring card or bank-account charges.
Bookkeeping information is intended for authorized users of the applicable company account. The Ccount platform administration interface is designed for account/service metadata and subscription administration and does not provide screens for browsing a customer's invoices, bills, customers, vendors, products, employees, income, expenses or reports.
Ccount is hosted using third-party hosting and infrastructure services. Technical service providers may process data as necessary to operate hosting, email delivery, security, backups or other service functions. Ccount does not sell customer bookkeeping data to advertisers.
We use account authentication, password hashing, tenant-scoped application queries and other technical and organizational controls designed to protect service data. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with law.
Authorized account users may update many company records through the application and may export supported bookkeeping information. Requests concerning privacy, account closure or data handling can be sent to support@ccount.co.
